A very Happy New Year  and a prosperous 2015 from Chris Lopez!

Last year was full of ups and downs for me but one of my highlights came at the end of last year when I was asked to photograph a Snoop Dogg album playback at Metropolis Studios, London. Snoop played 4 tracks from his forthcoming album in collaboration with Pharrell Williams.  Can’t wait to add it to my collection in 2015! Copyright Chris Lopez/Sony Music 2014

The Session 58 Collective hosted a brilliant night of raw music talent at the prestigious Jazz Cafe venue in Camden, London last night.  The fabulous Ilana Lorraine and brilliant Nate James introduced some outstanding talent including Dawson, Josh Kyeot, Miss Baby Sol, Alex Vargas and Ruth Royall.  Who needs mundane TV talent shows when you can absorb a night of pure talent just down the road.

Ella Henderson who appeared on The Voice in 2012 is about to drop her first single/album under Sony Music.  Her UK showcase was attended by guests from the media, press and Sony Music International. She performed 4 tracks from her new album ‘Chapter One’, which will be out in September 2014.
